I have the Perfect Child

Last night after our devotions we started prayer time and we've been talking about the ACTS of prayer. Adoration (I love you Lord because...) Confession (I'm sorry Lord for...) Thankgiving (Thank you Lord for...) Supplication/stuff (Please Lord...((others 1st then, then selves)).

They are really catching on but still ask sometime which order they are in. Gabby was praying and then asked, "What comes next?" I told her, "I'm sorry Lord for..." She starting shaking her head and waiving me on. "What comes after that? I was perfect today."

HOW FUNNY! :) Kids say that "darndest" things!!!
I have never heard of the ACTS of prayer before- that is a great way to keep focus on giving our LORD "it all" so to speak. Thanks for sharing- I am going to write it down and use it for my own family!

That is absostinkinglutely hilarious!!! I love it! Reminds me of a time when I asked my Cubbies class "Remember who has never sinned?" and my own daughter replied "I know! I know!" So I called on her and to my own dismay she said "Me! I've never sinned". We all had a good laugh over that one!!! Thanks for the "ACTS" thing...that's great...I wrote it down to use with my own kiddos! Toodles!
