Alex was my monkey baby. He would play forever in his sweet little cage. Now look at him. Wild, escapee gorilla boy.

My house is too small for a playpen. It would take up the whole living room. If we put a gate in the hallway, it's like a big playpen in here...for all of us. ;-)

PS Your survey is too "charged" for me. Should women work? Well, if they CAN stay home, I think they should. But some women NEED to work. There are single moms. There are women with deadbeat husbands, and their children would go hungry if they don't hold a job.
Then there are those families that just get used to living on a certian amount of money, and they can't cut back enough for Mom to stay home, even thugh she wants to. That's when I think families should sell of some of their stuff, and bite the bullet.
Some moms don't WANT to stay home, and in that case it's probably not great for the kids if she is forced to. Ahhh...so many different possible circumstances.
For the most part, though, I think women should stay home if that means they are trying to do the best thing for their family. I do think that is the way God intended it. Long enough answer...?
